Ad-Dulayl Industrial Park & Real Estate Company announced in a release sent to ASE management it signed a contract with an investor to lease its 5200 sqm plant for three years at $117000.
According to the company, the new lease contract will boost its annual revenues.
The company had stated earlier that its exports during the last nine months amounted to $298 million, with an increase of 8% compared with the same period a year earlier.
